- Product fails the quality check at the packaging desk and requires preparation for another piece to fulfill the order

- We don’t deliver chocolate chips during summers

- We do not take responsibility of delay in delivery caused by 3rd party logistic service provider.
- We do not take responsibility for any damage caused in transit.
- GST will be charged as per the Government norms.
- All the orders placed by wholesalers will be prepaid and they have to provide their company details and GST number.
- If the customer refuse to accept an order and later wish to get it delivered again, the customer will have to pay DTO (Deliver to Origin) charge along with delivery charges for 2nd delivery with minimum Rs. 300 or actual whichever is higher.
